At Pehraav, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, weβre here to help.
β Eligibility for Refund/Return:
- Refunds or returns are only accepted if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery β±οΈ
- A full unboxing video is to be provided as proof - the video must be uncut and continues from the moment the package is openΒ

π¦ Return Process:
- Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup π or guide you through the return process
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact π·οΈ
π° Refunds:
- After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI π³

- We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons like size issues, color differences, or change of mind β
