RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Pehraav, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Refund/Return:
- Refunds or returns are only accepted if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery ⏱️
- A full unboxing video is to be provided as proof - the video must be uncut and continues from the moment the package is open
📩 How to Request a Return:
- Please email us at pehraav3103@gmail.com with:
○ Your order number 🧾
○ Clear images/videos showing the defect 📸 - Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days
📦 Return Process:
- Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup 🚚 or guide you through the return process
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact 🏷️
💰 Refunds:
- After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI 💳

- We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons like size issues, color differences, or change of mind ❌
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings 🎨
